All works submitted for publication must fall within the scope of Global Law Press’ collections.

Editorial Board and Advisory Board, assisted by external advisers, decide by an absolute majority on the publication of scientific work presented. Also, members of the Editorial Board and Advisory Board may discuss the results of the research presented by the authors before publication.

Aims

The Global Law Press is an academic and scientific project designed to function as a medium for the understanding and analysis of contemporary administrative law.

Editorial Policy

The Editorial Board and the Advisory Board will consider for publication manuscripts by contributors from any country.
Papers, articles and books will be subjected to a review procedure.
